Don't Miss the Bus!
We don’t think the way other events do! We think the party should start the minute you leave home. Why hassle the airport? TSA? Oh Heck No! Instead in virtually the same time as flying, you can ride in comfort, making new friends, enjoying champagne, without the hassle of parking, a plane seat that is 20 inches wide, the fight to get your luggage and waiting in line for a taxi to the hotel. For less than the cost of a plane, we’ll take you to the Vegas Lights Dance Challenge at the beautiful Harrah’s Hotel. Our million dollar coaches will depart various sites in Los Angeles and in over 4 1/2 hours you’ll arrive at Harrah’s, check in, and start our Back to The Palladium Night. Following a choice of complimentary dance classes, we’ll have a fantastic VIP dinner, be thrilled by a professional show of no less than 8 Pro couples, then dance to the great Salsa, Cha Cha, Bolero, Merengue, and Bachata Rhythms of my favorite LA band Son Y Clave. If you want a break from the Latin, 7-Time US Swing Champion Robert Cordoba will be DJing West Coast Swing, Hustle & Nightclub 2-Step in our Swing Room late into the night.

Our plan is to have various buses. Depending on the number of studios participating we will have a West LA coach, an San Gabriel Valley coach and possibly a South Bay or Orange County location as well.
In order to get you to Las Vegas by 6PM on Friday we must depart around 1 PM. We may need to adjust the time based on driver recommendations. We will announce the official times closer to our event.
In order to let you recover from the fun, we expect to return to LA no later than 8 PM on Sunday.
What Makes This Event Any Different?
Most ballroom events focus totally on competition and have no social dancing. Swing & Salsa events often have social dancing till 4 or 5 AM! Our event will have lots of both! If you have never seen a ballroom competition this is a great opportunity because often the admission alone is $50+
Are There Any Workshops?
Private lessons can be arranged with pros on Friday or Sun if available. The free classes before dinner on Friday will give you a choice of West Coast Swing with US Champ Robert Cordoba, or Casino Rueda Salsa with Enio & Terryl
Have You Ever Done This Before?
Yes! And the last time we did it to San Francisco we partied a little too much… Shhhh! There will be “refreshments” on the bus. The last time we were dancing in the bus aisles, and the band was on the bus with us and played most of the way up!
